一、依據衛生福利部「115-116年COVID-19疫苗接種計畫」,鼓勵符合接種需求之教職員工生踴躍接種COVID-19疫苗與流感疫苗,以降低感染及群聚傳播風險。
二、本年10月1日起提供COVID-19疫苗與流感疫苗同步分2階段開打;其中,COVID-19疫苗開放接種之對象,包含:
1、第一階段(本年10月1日起)
(1)65歲以上長者。
(2)55歲以上原住民。
(3)安養、長期照顧(服務)等機構之受照顧者及其所屬工作人員。
(4)孕婦。
(5)滿6個月以上高風險對象,包含符合公費流感疫苗高風險對象條件(高風險慢性病人、BMI≥30者、罕見疾病患者及重大傷病患者),以及結核病、失能(注意力不足及過動症、腦性麻痺、先天性缺陷、發展或學習障礙、脊髓損傷)、精神疾病(情緒障礙、思覺失調症)、失智症患者。
(6)醫事及衛生防疫相關人員。
(7)幼兒園及托育機構工作人員、居家托育人員(保母)。
(8)6個月內嬰兒之雙親或實際扶養者。
(9)從未接種COVID-19疫苗之滿6個月至未滿6歲幼兒。
2、第二階段(本年11月2日起):50-64歲無高風險成人。


115–116 COVID-19 Vaccination Program

Eligible Faculty, Staff, and Students Are Encouraged to Receive COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccines

In accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s “115–116 COVID-19 Vaccination Program,” faculty, staff, and students who are eligible or in need of vaccination are encouraged to receive COVID-19 and influenza vaccines to reduce the risk of infection and cluster transmission.
Starting October 1, 2026, COVID-19 and influenza vaccination will be offered in two phases. The eligible groups for COVID-19 vaccination are as follows:

Phase 1 (Starting October 1, 2026):
Adults aged 65 and above.
Indigenous people aged 55 and above.
Residents and staff of nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and related institutions.
Pregnant women.
High-risk individuals aged 6 months and above, including those who meet the eligibility criteria for publicly funded influenza vaccination (such as individuals with high-risk chronic diseases, a BMI of 30 or above, rare diseases, or major illnesses), as well as individuals with tuberculosis, disabilities (including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, cerebral palsy, congenital disabilities, developmental or learning disabilities, and spinal cord injuries), mental disorders (including mood disorders and schizophrenia), or dementia.
Healthcare and disease prevention personnel.
Staff of preschools and childcare facilities, as well as home-based childcare providers (babysitters).
Parents or primary caregivers of infants younger than 6 months.
Children aged 6 months to under 6 years who have never received a COVID-19 vaccine.

Phase 2 (Starting November 2, 2026):
Adults aged 50–64 who are not at high risk.
