一、「外語能力測驗-基礎級（FLPT-Basic）」是專為臺灣日、法、德、西語初學者特別研發之測驗，可一次檢測出Pre-A1～A2程度，是初階語言學習者的最佳選擇。成績廣獲學校及機構採認，亦可登錄學習歷程檔案。
二、為協助師生更深入了解本測驗，語言訓練測驗中心（LTTC）將舉辦旨揭線上說明會，由本中心歐日語研究員主講，並詳細介紹測驗特色、題型架構、學習資源等，相關資訊如下：
(一)時間：115年8月19日（星期三）下午2時至3時。
(二)形式：Google Meet線上會議（說明會連結將於活動開始前一日以電子郵件發送）
(三)報名方式：採線上報名，表單連結：https://lttc.tw/3D488x。
(四)報名期間：即日起至8月14日或人數額滿為止。

I. The "Foreign Language Proficiency Test - Basic (FLPT-Basic)" is a test specially developed for beginners of Japanese, French, German, and Spanish in Taiwan. It can assess Pre-A1 to A2 levels in one test, making it the best choice for beginner language learners. Results are widely recognized by schools and institutions and can be recorded in learning progress profiles.

II. To help teachers and students gain a deeper understanding of this test, the Language Training and Testing Center (LTTC) will hold an online information session. The session will be presented by our European and Japanese language researchers, who will provide a detailed introduction to the test's features, question structure, learning resources, etc. Details are as follows:

(I) Time: August 19th, 2026 (Wed), 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

(II) Format: Google Meet online meeting (the information session link will be sent via email the day before the event).
