校內賽報名辦法（詳細情形請參閱附件一及附件二）

一、報名時間：即日起至10月7日(三)止

二、校內賽日期：11月4日下午3:00~(暫定) (報名截止後公告於系網及email通知)

三、校內賽地點：N305電腦教室

四、報名資格：
1. 應日系1～4年級學生。但歷年（含高中職）曾獲曾獲日文單詞組區域賽或全國賽獎項者 (含冠軍、亞軍、季 軍、金腦獎)，請勿報名比賽。
2. 需於2024、2025、2026年，此三年內取得JLPT N2或N1證明者。

※ 請確認報名資訊正確，自本屆起，將不再提供當日或賽後之報名資料修改服務。因為資訊不正確，導致獎狀印製後若需修改資料，每次酌收 200 元工本費。

六、經 110.09.01 系務會議之決議，出席參加校內賽且成績達70 分以上視為合格，可取得外語實務實習素養點數 1 點。晉級至區域賽或總決賽並實際參賽者，以參與校外競賽方式計算點數。
※區域賽與總決賽晉級者無故棄權以致影響團體到考率或團體獎排名表現等，不予認列上述外語實務實習素養點數。

七、如報名人數超過上限，則以日檢成績或日文、進階日文成績進行評比，選擇成績較優同學代表參加。


八、晉級區域賽學生必須另行負擔工本事務費 50 元(暫定)予大會，並繳交上述規定期限內取得的 N1 或 N2 證書影本。報名表單填寫英文名字姓氏時，務必與 N1或N2 證書所示一致。

School-wide Competition Registration Method (Please refer to Annex 1 and Annex 2 for details)

I. Registration Period: From now until October 7th (Wednesday)

II. School-wide Competition Date: November 4th, 3:00 PM~ (Tentative) (Announcement will be sent via department website and email after the registration deadline)

III. School-wide Competition Location: Computer Lab N305

IV. Eligibility:

1. Applicants should be students in their 1st to 4th year of the Japanese Department. However, those who have previously won awards in regional or national Japanese vocabulary competitions (including champions, runners-up, third-place winners, and Golden Brain Award) should not register.

2. Applicants must obtain JLPT N2 or N1 certification within the next three years (2024, 2025, or 2026).

※ Please ensure your registration information is correct. Starting this year, we will no longer provide services to modify registration information on the day of the competition or after the competition. If incorrect information leads to the need to modify the printed certificate, a processing fee of NT$200 will be charged for each instance.

VI. As resolved at the departmental meeting on September 1, 2020, those who attend and participate in the intra-school competition and achieve a score of 70 or above are considered qualified and will receive 1 point for Foreign Language Practice and Internship Competency. Those who advance to the regional or final competitions and actually participate will have their points calculated based on their participation in external competitions.

※ Those who withdraw from the regional or final competitions without a valid reason, thereby affecting the team's attendance rate or team ranking, will not be awarded the aforementioned Foreign Language Practice and Internship Competency Points.

VII. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, the selection will be based on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) scores or Japanese Language Proficiency Test scores (Advanced Japanese), with the highest-scoring students representing the region.

VIII. Students advancing to the regional competition must pay a processing fee of NT$50 (tentative) to the organizing committee and submit a copy of their N1 or N2 certificate obtained within the aforementioned timeframe. When filling in the English name and surname on the registration form, please ensure they match the information on your N1 or N2 certificate.
