一、為凝聚全球半導體產業創新能量，促進跨國政策與技術對話，由經濟部主辦，工業技術研究院（ITRI）與國際半導體產業協會（SEMI）共同舉行「2026晶鏈高峰論壇（Semicon Network Summit 2026）」，並由台灣數位永續協會共同協辦。論壇以「信賴・韌性・共榮（Trust．Resilience．Prosperity）」為核心，聚焦四大主題：「深化全球可信任的半導體合作網絡」、「跨國協作建構矽光子生態系」、「AI機器人時代的晶片新趨勢」及「強化全球半導體供應鏈穩定」，邀請國內外產官學研專家共同探討半導體前瞻技術與未來布局。

1. To harness the global semiconductor industry's innovative energy and foster international policy and technical dialogues, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) is hosting the "Semicon Network Summit 2026," co-organized by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and SEMI, with the Taiwan Digital Sustainability Association serving as co-organizer. Built upon the core values of "Trust • Resilience • Prosperity," the summit focuses on four main themes: "Deepening the Trusted Global Semiconductor Cooperation Network," "Scaling Silicon Photonics Ecosystem through Cross-Border Collaboration," "Next-Gen Chip Trends in AI Robotics," and "Stabilizing the Global Semiconductor Supply Chain." Domestic and international experts from academia, government, research institutions, and industry are invited to explore forward-looking semiconductor technologies and future strategic layouts.
