說明：
一、依國科會與IVF簽署之合作備忘錄辦理。
二、旨揭計畫鼓勵就讀國內公私立大學院校之我國籍博士生與博士後研究人員赴 IVF成員國(捷克、匈牙利、波蘭及斯洛伐克)研修，請依申請須知(如附件)於線上提出申請。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting applications for the "2027 International Visegrad Foundation (IVF) Research and Training Program for PhD Students and Postdoctoral Researchers in Central Europe Member Countries." Applications are open from now until September 24, 2026 (internal submissions only).

Instructions:
1. This program is conducted in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between NSTC and IVF.

2. This program aims to encourage Taiwanese PhD students and postdoctoral researchers enrolled in public or private universities to pursue research and training in IVF member countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia). Please submit your application online according to the application instructions (attached).
