一、 為培育具國際視野及國際事務參與能力之原住民族青年人才，提升跨文化溝通與議題表達能力，並透過國內外青年交流，促進國際學生對臺灣原住民族文化及相關議題之認識與理解，本會辦理旨揭活動。

二、活動相關資訊：
(一)參與資格：在臺就學之國際青年（20歲至40歲）。
(二)活動日期：115年9月19日（星期六）至9月24日（星期四），計6日。
(三)活動地點：東華大學與花蓮地區部落。
(四)報名時間：自即日起至115年8月26日（星期三）下午5時

To help develop Indigenous youth with an international perspective and the ability to participate in international affairs, the Council of Indigenous Peoples is organizing the “2026 Indigenous Talent for International Affairs Program”. The program aims to strengthen participants’ cross-cultural communication and communication skills on international issues. Through exchanges with young people in Taiwan and abroad, the program also seeks to help international students better understand Taiwan’s Indigenous cultures and related issues.

Program Information:
1. Eligibility: International students and young people currently studying in Taiwan, aged 20–40.
2. Program Dates: September 19 (Saturday) to September 24 (Thursday), 2026 — 6 days in total.
3. Location: National Dong Hwa University and Indigenous communities in Hualien
4. Registration Deadline: From now until 5:00 p.m., August 26 (Wednesday), 2026
