二、「智慧財產啟航專班」於115年10月2日同步於臺北（國立臺灣大學）及臺南（國立成功大學）開課，獲獎學生得免費參與課程，歡迎踴躍報名，報名方式一律採線上報名，相關連結及資訊請參考招生簡章。

I. This is in accordance with the letter dated August 13, 2026, issued by the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, under document number 11500029982.

II. The "Intellectual Property Starter Program" will commence simultaneously on October 2, 2026, at National Taiwan University in Taipei and National Cheng Kung University in Tainan. Award-winning students will be eligible to participate in the course free of charge. All applications are welcome and must be submitted online. Please refer to the admission brochure for relevant links and information.
