衛生局於115年9月6日（星期日）於臺南市歸仁文化中心戶外廣場辦理115年臺南市「Level Up！青春心挑戰」心理健康月活動，敬請本校教職員生踴躍參加。

一、結合世界心理健康日精神，正式啟動臺南市心理健康月，號召市民共同關注青少年心理健康，推動理解、支持與主動求助的友善文化，以互動闖關、成果展示及心理健康教育等多元形式，促進親子共同參與，提升市民心理健康識能與社區支持量能。

(二)活動地點：臺南市歸仁文化中心戶外廣場（臺南市歸仁區許厝里信義南路78號）。

The Health Bureau will hold the 2023 Tainan City "Level Up! Youth Heart Challenge" Mental Health Month event on September 6th, 2026 (Sunday) at the outdoor plaza of the Guiren Cultural Center in Tainan City. All faculty, staff, and students of our school are cordially invited to participate.

I. In line with the spirit of World Mental Health Day, this event officially launches Tainan City's Mental Health Month, calling on citizens to pay attention to the mental health of youth, promote a friendly culture of understanding, support, and proactive help-seeking, and encourage parent-child participation through interactive challenges, results displays, and mental health education, thereby enhancing citizens' awareness of mental health and community support capabilities.

II. Event information is as follows:
(a) Event Time: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, September 6th, 2026 (Sunday).
