為提升心理健康服務品質，衛生福利部提供下列資源：
(一)心理健康資源盤點表：如附件，請本校教職員參考運用。
(二)簡式健康量表（BSRS-5）：請至全國自殺防治中心網站下載（網址：https://www.tsos.org.tw/web/page/bsrs#07），適時運用於有需求人員之評估與資源轉介。

另依自殺防治法第11條第1項及同法施行細則第13條第1項規定，學校人員（包含所有教職員）於執行勤務知悉有自殺行為情事（含「自殺企圖」及「自殺死亡」）時，應於24小時內至衛福部「自殺防治通報系統」（https://sps.mohw.gov.tw/Account/IndexInform）完成通報。請依法落實辦理；相關通報態樣或程序若有疑義，請逕洽所在地直轄市或縣市政府衛生局。

To improve the quality of mental health services, the Ministry of Health and Welfare provides the following resources:

(I) Mental Health Resource Inventory: As attached, please refer to it for your school's faculty and staff.

(II) Short Form Health Scale (BSRS-5): Please download it from the National Suicide Prevention Center website (https://www.tsos.org.tw/web/page/bsrs#07) and use it as needed for assessment and resource referral for those in need.

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Suicide Prevention Act and Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Rules of the same Act, school personnel (including all faculty and staff) who become aware of suicidal behavior (including "suicide attempt" and "suicide death") while on duty should report it to the Ministry of Health and Welfare's "Suicide Prevention Reporting System" (https://sps.mohw.gov.tw/Account/IndexInform) within 24 hours. Please implement this in accordance with the law; if you have any questions about the reporting format or procedures, please contact the health bureau of your local municipality or county government.
