本校115-1學期「挽袖捐血活動」計畫(如附件)摘要說明如下：
一、活動目的：提倡「捐血一袋、救人一命」之公益理念，鼓勵師生以實際行動投入捐血活動，發揮助人精神，善盡社會責任。藉由親身參與公益服務，培養學生關懷生命、熱心助人及友愛互助之品德，進而建立服務奉獻、回饋社會的正向價值觀，營造溫馨友善的校園氛圍。
二、實施方式：與高雄捐血中心臺南捐血站合作辦理，於本校校園定期定點舉行。
三、活動內容：
（一）日期（共計8場次）如下：
◆9月15日(二)二車、9月17日(四)一車(六宿)。
◆10月13日(二)二車、10月15日(四)一車(六宿)。
◆11月17日(二)及11月19日(四)，每日均一車(六宿)。
◆12月15日(二)及12月17日(四)，每日均一車(六宿)。
（二）時間：活動日上午10時起至下午6時止。
（三）地點：六宿前路口及三連堂前水泥地(備案T、N棟間馬路)，共兩處。
（四）獎勵：學生完成捐血一袋250cc記嘉獎乙次，捐血二袋500cc記嘉獎二次。依規定完成掃描登錄及完成心得撰寫之學生，另核給社團分數。

A summary of the University’s 2026–2027 Academic Year, First Semester “Roll Up Your Sleeves and Donate Blood” Campaign Plan (see attachment) is provided below:

I. Purpose of the Campaign:
To promote the charitable spirit of “One Bag of Blood Can Save a Life” and encourage faculty, staff, and students to participate in blood donation through concrete action, demonstrate a spirit of helping others, and fulfill their social responsibility. Through participation in public service activities, students will develop care for life, willingness to help others, and a spirit of mutual support, thereby fostering positive values of service, dedication, and giving back to society, while creating a warm and friendly campus environment.

II. Implementation:
The campaign will be conducted in cooperation with the Tainan Blood Donation Station of the Kaohsiung Blood Center, with regular blood donation drives held at designated locations on campus.

III. Campaign Details:

(1) Dates – 8 sessions in total:

◆ September 15 (Tuesday): 2 bloodmobiles; September 17 (Thursday): 1 bloodmobile (Sixth Dormitory).

◆ October 13 (Tuesday): 2 bloodmobiles; October 15 (Thursday): 1 bloodmobile (Sixth Dormitory).

◆ November 17 (Tuesday) and November 19 (Thursday): 1 bloodmobile each day (Sixth Dormitory).

◆ December 15 (Tuesday) and December 17 (Thursday): 1 bloodmobile each day (Sixth Dormitory).

(2) Time:
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on each campaign day.

(3) Locations:
The intersection in front of the Sixth Dormitory and the cement area in front of the Sanlian Hall (backup location: the road between the T and N Buildings).

(4) Rewards:
Students who donate 250 cc (one unit) will receive one merit citation, while those who donate 500 cc (two units) will receive two merit citations. Students who complete the required online registration and submit a reflection report will also receive club activity points in accordance with the relevant regulations.
