一、澎湖縣政府為鼓勵國內公私立大學院校研究所博(碩)士撰寫與本縣建設或政策相關研究之學位論文，特辦理旨揭獎勵案，俾供該府及所屬機關施政參酌。

二、請符合資格者檢附旨揭要點第5點所列文件，於期限內送達至該府行政處(綜合規劃科)提出申請，逾時不受理，相關申請資料恕不退件。

※申請時間自115年9月1日至同月30日止，獎勵對象為取得申請截止日前二年內之國內公立或私立大學校院研究所博士或碩士學位者。

I. To encourage doctoral and master's degree graduates from public and private universities in Penghu County to write dissertations related to the county's development or policies, the Penghu County Government has established this incentive program for their consideration in policy-making.

II. Eligible applicants should submit their applications, along with the documents listed in point 5 of this incentive program, to the Penghu County Government's Administrative Office (Comprehensive Planning Section) within the specified deadline. Late applications will not be accepted, and submitted materials will not be returned.

※The application period is from September 1st to September 30th, 2026. Eligible applicants are those who obtained their doctoral or master's degrees from public or private universities in Penghu County within the two years prior to the application deadline.
