一、 各班抽血注意事項：
(一)新生班(大學一年級<含四技與二技>、五專一年級)抽血時間為9/15(二)-9/17(四)，第1, 2 節，各班排定時間表如附件一。
(二)受檢班級衛生股長請事先(前一週)告知該節課任課教師並於檢查當日將同學引導到三連堂抽血(老師不需到場)。
(三)抽血當日早上請空腹，勿吃早餐(須空腹6-8小時)。
(四)抽血日前三天避免大吃大喝、熬夜及喝酒，以免檢驗結果有誤差。
(五)抽血當日請假或不能在排定時間來抽血之同學，請在其他班級之抽血日與別班同學一起抽血。
(六)抽血時間，三連堂前請勿停放車輛，敬請配合！
(七)時間配置有任何問題，請撥打衛保組分機#2230，#2231與張護理師聯絡！
二、如無法參加9/3 (四)新生體檢的同學(碩博生、轉學生、四技生、二技生、五專生)請注意：
(一)依教育部規定，所有新生都要繳交健康檢查報告，且檢驗數據需由學校上傳至教育部。因此所有新生務必參加體檢。
(二)補體檢時間如附件二。
(三)如無法配合學校安排的體檢時間，也可自行至醫院受檢，受檢完畢將體檢報告繳交至保健中心(F210)
(四)健康檢查表沒貼相片的人請班上統一收齊後交到衛保組(F208或F210)。
(五)檢驗報告約於抽血後1個月後發給大家。


1.Blood Draw Instructions for Each Class:

(1)Blood draws for freshmen (first-year university students, including those in four-year and two-year vocational programs, and first-year students in five-year vocational colleges) will be held from September 15th (Tue) to September 17th (Thursday), during the first and second periods. The schedule for each class is attached as Appendix 1.

(2) The class's hygiene monitor should inform the teacher of the class in advance (one week prior) and guide the students to the three-room hall for blood draws on the day of the draw (the teacher does not need to be present).

(3) Please fast on the morning of the blood draw; do not eat breakfast (fasting for 6-8 hours is required).

(4) Avoid heavy eating, drinking, staying up late, and drinking alcohol for three days prior to the blood draw to avoid errors in test results.

(5) Students who are absent from the blood draw or cannot attend the scheduled time should have their blood drawn with students from other classes on their designated blood draw day.

2.Students unable to attend the September 3rd (Thursday) freshman physical examination (Master's/Doctoral students, transfer students, four-year technical college students, two-year technical college students, five-year vocational college students) please note:

(1) According to the Ministry of Education's regulations, all freshmen must submit a health examination report, and the test data must be uploaded to the Ministry of Education by the school. Therefore, all freshmen must participate in the physical examination.

(2) The schedule for make-up physical examinations is shown in Appendix II.

(3) If you are unable to cooperate with the school's scheduled physical examination time, you may go to the hospital for examination on your own. After the examination, please submit the physical examination report to the Health Center (F210).

(4) For those whose health examination forms do not have photos attached, please have your class collect them and submit them to the Health and Safety Group (F208 or F210).

(5) Test reports will be issued approximately one month after the blood draw.
