一、目的：為提倡勞工健康休閒活動，鼓勵勞工培養運動習慣，促進其身心健康，同時配合「全國職場安全健康週」，特辦理此健走活動。
二、活動日期：2026年11月22日(星期日)
三、集合地點：白河區仙草國小關嶺分校。
四、健走活動路線：白河區仙草國小關嶺分校→紅葉公園→舊溫泉區→天梯→白河區仙草國小關嶺分校
五、參加對象：設籍南市之勞工朋友及其家屬皆可報名參加。
六、參加名額：3500 人
七、報名日期：自即日起至2026年10月23日止（額滿提前截止）。
八、報名方式：

06：10~07：00 （集合報到）
07：00~07：30 （開幕式）
07：30~09：30 （健走）
09：30~11：10 （摸彩活動）

1.Purpose: To promote healthy leisure activities for workers, encourage regular exercise habits, enhance physical and mental well-being, and support the "National Workplace Safety and Health Week."

2.Date: Sunday, November 22, 2026

3.Assembly Location: Xiancao Elementary School - Guanling Branch, Baihe District

4.Walking Route: Xiancao Elementary School (Guanling Branch) → Hongye Park → Old Hot Spring Area → Sky Ladder → Xiancao Elementary School (Guanling Branch)

5.Eligibility: Tainan City residents (workers and their family members)

6.Capacity: 3,500 participants (First-come, first-served)

7.Registration Deadline: From now until October 23, 2026 (Registration will close early if capacity is reached)
