一、為增進政府機關及民間團體對新住民發展基金(下稱基金)補助機制之瞭解,提升補助計畫撰寫及執行能力,該署規劃各區辦理培力研習課程暨實務交流工作坊。課程內容包括基金補助機制、計畫撰寫、經費編列、核銷實務及成功案例分享,歡迎相關業務人員及有意申請基金補助者報名參加。

二、時間及地點如下:
(一)南區:115年9月11日(星期五)上午9時至下午5時,假雄車站No.1會議場地辦理(地址:高雄市三民區九如
二路255號12樓)。
(二)東區:115年9月15日(星期二)上午9時至下午5時,假F Hotel花蓮站前館辦理(地址:花蓮市國盛二街203之1
號)。

三、各場次預計招生60人,請有意參加者於各場次報名截止日115年9月10日(星期四)前,掃描報名簡章所附QR Code完成線上報名;各場次額滿即截止受理。完成報名後,由承辦單位另行以電子郵件通知錄取及活動相關注意事項。

I. To enhance government agencies and non-governmental organizations' understanding of the New Immigrant Development Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) subsidy mechanism and improve their ability to draft and implement subsidy plans, the Department has planned to hold training courses and practical exchange workshops in various districts. The course content includes the Fund subsidy mechanism, plan drafting, budget allocation, reimbursement practices, and sharing of successful cases. Relevant personnel and those interested in applying for Fund subsidies are welcome to register.

II. Time and location are as follows:

(I) Southern District: September 11, 2026 (Friday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the No.1 Meeting Room at Kaohsiung Station (Address: 12th Floor, No. 255, Jiuru 2nd Rd., Sanmin Dist., Kaohsiung City).

(II) Eastern District: September 15, 2026 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at F Hotel Hualien Station Front Hall (Address: No. 203-1, Guosheng 2nd Street, Hualien City).

III. Each session is expected to enroll 60 participants. Those interested should complete online registration by scanning the QR code attached to the registration brochure before the registration deadline of September 10th, 2026 (Thursday). Registration will close once all slots are filled. After registration, the organizer will notify participants of their acceptance and other relevant information via email.
