一、 招收對象:南臺教職員工生，
 增肌組:體重過輕BMI<18.5；(BMI:身體質量指數=體重公斤/身高2公尺2)。
 減脂組:過重或肥胖者BMI>24，男生體脂肪≧25%、女生體脂肪≧30%
二、 主辦/協辦單位:學務處衛生保健組、本校體育中心
三、 活動時間:115/10/6 至 115/12/17，共10週。
四、 前、後測量測: 地點:F208 衛生保健組 ※量測請著輕便衣褲、運動鞋※
前測時間115/10/6-8上午9:00-13:00；
後測時間115/12/14-16上午9:00-13:00。
五、 活動開設課程:體適能球類運動、個人化營養諮詢飲食衛教、免費體組成量測，辦理時間、地點如活動說明。
六、 活動報名方式: 請連結google表單或掃描QR-code；務必確認資料填寫正確性；即日起開放報名至115/10/6日(星期二)16:00截止。

七、 活動獎勵辦法(授獎者限學生)
a.最佳體控獎:
減重第一名: 1,200元。
增重第一名: 1,200元。
b.減脂達人獎:
減脂第一名: 2,000元。
c.體控勤學獎:取8名，: 200元。

I. Target Participants: Faculty, staff, and students of STUST.

 Muscle Gain Group: Underweight with a BMI < 18.5 (BMI: Body Mass Index = weight in kg / height in 2m²).

 Fat Loss Group: Overweight or obese with a BMI > 24, male body fat ≥ 25%, female body fat ≥ 30%.

II. Organizer/Co-organizer: Student Affairs Office, Health and Hygiene Section; University Sports Center

III. Activity Period: October 6th to December 17th, 2023 (10 weeks in total).

IV. Pre- and Post-Measurement: Location: F208 (School health center) .
※Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes for the measurement.※
Pre-measurement time: October 6th-8th, 2023, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM;
Post-measurement time: December 14th-16th, 2023, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

V. Courses Offered: Fitness ball sports, personalized nutrition consultation and dietary education, free body composition measurement. Registration time and location are as described in the event description.

**First Place in Weight Loss:** NT$1,200

**First Place in Fat Loss:** NT$2,000

c. Diligent Participant in Body Control Award: 8 winners, NT$200 each.
