一、依據《氣候變遷因應法》第15條及其施行細則規定，地方政府訂修溫室氣體減量執行方案應邀集有關機關、學者、專家及民間團體舉辦座談會或以其他適當方式廣詢意見。臺南市政府已研擬「臺南市第三期溫室氣體減量執行方案（草案）」，為臻內容完善，特辦理座談會廣徵各界意見。

I. In accordance with Article 15 of the Climate Change Response Act and its implementing regulations, local governments should invite relevant agencies, scholars, experts, and non-governmental organizations to hold symposiums or solicit opinions through other appropriate means when revising their greenhouse gas reduction implementation plans. The Tainan City Government has drafted the "Tainan City Third Phase Greenhouse Gas Reduction Implementation Plan (Draft)" and is holding a symposium to solicit opinions from all sectors to ensure its comprehensiveness.
