一、課程規劃兼顧初學入門與具實務經驗者之需求，引導學生建立正確且完整的智財觀念架構。期透過課程學習，提升學生於未來專業發展、產學合作及跨領域協作中的競爭力，為創新成果之應用與發展奠定穩固基礎。

二、「智慧財產啟航專班」於115年10月2日同步於臺北（國立臺灣大學）及臺南（國立成功大學）開課，獲獎學生得免費參與課程，歡迎踴躍報名，報名方式一律採線上報名，相關連結及資訊可參考https://tipacourse.law.ntu.edu.tw/tipa/courses/p3-course_list.php。

三、對象：近2年獲獎學生不收費（限額50名）1. 曾參加國內外設計競賽之工業設計、商品設計類別並獲獎之學生 2. 教育部高教司「IDC計畫」之獲獎學生 3. 教育部技職司「全國技專校院學生實務專題製作競賽」之獲獎學生

I. The curriculum is designed to cater to both beginners and those with practical experience, guiding students to establish a correct and comprehensive framework for intellectual property concepts. Through this course, students aim to enhance their competitiveness in future professional development, industry-academia collaboration, and interdisciplinary cooperation, laying a solid foundation for the application and development of innovative achievements.

II. The "Intellectual Property Starter Program" will commence simultaneously on October 2nd, 2026, in Taipei (National Taiwan University) and Tainan (National Cheng Kung University). Award-winning students will receive free admission. Registration is open only online. III. Eligibility: Free of charge for award-winning students in the past two years (limited to 50 students). 1. Students who have participated in and won awards in domestic or international design competitions in the industrial design or product design categories.
2. Award-winning students from the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Division's "IDC Project".
3. Award-winning students from the Ministry of Education's Vocational Education Division's "National Vocational and Technical College Student Practical Project Competition".
