【人員特質】
1.限本校在學學生, 學制不限。
2.中文表達流暢, 英文聽/說/讀能力中等。
3.工作負責, 到班準時,善於協調溝通, 有耐心引導初學者開口。

【工作內容】
1.與外籍老師討論本學期3次的會話練習主題。
2.先協助本籍同學練習英語口說。(小團體5人左右)
3.再引導同學與外籍老師進行實際對話。(擔任溝通橋樑)
4.協助簽到與場地整理。
5.事先準備會話練習資料。

【薪資給付】
1.時薪196元
2.共6週, 每週2小時。
3.總支薪時數：18小時(含現場帶領12小時+課前備課/與外師討論補貼6小時)。
4. 11月中旬匯款。

【活動日期】
主題一：10/13 (TA帶練暖身), 10/20 (外師對話實戰)
主題二：11/17 (TA帶練暖身), 11/24 (外師對話實戰)
主題三：12/15 (TA帶練暖身,) 12/22 (外師對話實戰)
時段：週二, 第7-8節(14:50-16:40)

We are seeking enthusiastic current students to join our team as English Conversation Teaching Assistants (TAs) for this semester. Gain practical English teaching experience and help fellow students gain confidence in speaking English.

Qualifications
1.Current student.
2.Fluent in Mandarin with intermediate English skills.
3.Responsible, punctual, patient, and effective at encouraging beginners.

Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with native English teachers on three conversation topics.
2.Lead small-group (approx. 5 students) warm-up English practice.
3.Facilitate live conversations between students and the foreign instructor.
4.Prepare session materials, manage attendance, and assist with room setup.

Schedule & Compensation
1.Hourly Rate: NT$ 196
2.Total Paid Hours: 18 hours (12 hours in-class tutoring + 6 hours session prep/discussion)
Payment: Mid-November transfer
