一、為強化創新研發人才之智慧財產權保護意識，針對設計、研發及創作人才開設「智慧財產啟航專班」，課程規劃兼顧初學入門與具實務經驗者之需求，引導學生建立正確且完整的智財觀念架構。期透過課程學習，提升學生於未來專業發展、產學合作及跨領域協作中的競爭力，為創新成果之應用與發展奠定穩固基礎。

二、「智慧財產啟航專班」於115年10月2日同步於臺北（國立臺灣大學）及臺南（國立成功大學）開課，獲獎學生得免費參與課程，歡迎踴躍報名，報名方式一律採線上報名。

I. To strengthen the intellectual property protection awareness of innovative R&D talents, an "Intellectual Property Starter Program" is offered for design, R&D, and creative talents. The curriculum is designed to cater to both beginners and those with practical experience, guiding students to establish a correct and comprehensive intellectual property concept framework. Through this course, students aim to enhance their competitiveness in future professional development, industry-academia collaboration, and interdisciplinary cooperation, laying a solid foundation for the application and development of innovative achievements.

II. The "Intellectual Property Starter Program" will commence simultaneously on October 2nd, 2026, in Taipei (National Taiwan University) and Tainan (National Cheng Kung University). Award-winning students will be able to participate in the course free of charge. All applications are welcome and must be submitted online.
