說明：
一、計畫主持人及申請機構請務必先行詳閱旨揭計畫徵求公告各項規定。
二、本計畫分為「數學及自然科學領域」、「生命科學領域」、「工程及應用科學領域」、「人文及社會科學領域」四領域。
三、本計畫規劃一期5年，採分年核定，執行期間原則自116年8月1日至121年7月31日。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting proposals for the 2027 "Academic Top-Tier Research Project." Applications are open from now until September 25, 2026 (internal application deadline is September 25, 2026).

Notes:
1. Project leaders and applying institutions must carefully read all regulations outlined in this solicitation announcement.

2. This project is divided into four areas: "Mathematics and Natural Sciences," "Life Sciences," "Engineering and Applied Sciences," and "Humanities and Social Sciences."

3. This project is planned for a five-year phase, with funding allocated annually. The implementation period is from August 1, 2027 to July 31, 2022.
