主旨：國科會與英國愛丁堡皇家學(RSE)共同徵求2027年雙邊人員訪問(1年期)及雙邊人員互訪型計畫(2年期)，自即日起受理申請至115年10月16日(校內收件)。

說明：
一、旨揭計畫係為鼓勵臺灣與英國雙方研究人員在訪問交流主題不限領域之基礎上，促成合作研究，補助經費項目及規定請參閱附件徵求須知。
二、本計畫之執行期程：
(一)雙邊人員訪問計畫：預計自116年3月1日起至117年2月29日止，為1年期，我方每件計畫每年補助經費以新臺幣12萬元為上限。
(二)雙邊人員互訪型計畫：預計自116年3月1日起至118年2月28日止，為2年期，我方每件計畫每年補助經費以新臺幣24萬元為上限。
(三)徵求須知同步於國科會網站/動態資訊/計畫徵求公告，雙方計畫主持人分別依國科會及RSE之規定辦理。
(四)本公告計畫經費係專款專用，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC and the Royal College of Edinburgh (RSE) are jointly soliciting applications for bilateral personnel exchange programs (1-year term) and (2-year term) in 2027. Applications will be accepted from now until October 16, 2026 (internal submissions accepted).

Notes:
1. The purpose of this program is to encourage researchers from Taiwan and the UK to collaborate on research projects across various fields. Please refer to the attached application guidelines for details on funding and regulations.

2. Program Duration:

(1) Bilateral Personnel Exchange Program: The program is expected to run from March 1, 2027 to February 29, 2028, for a period of one year. The annual funding for each program will be capped at NT$120,000.

(2) Bilateral Personnel Exchange Program: The program is expected to run from March 1, 2027 to February 28, 2029, for a period of two years. The annual subsidy for each Taiwanese project will be capped at NT$240,000.

(3) The solicitation guidelines are simultaneously published on the NSTC website/News/Project Solicitation Announcement. Project leaders from both sides should follow the regulations of NSTC and RSE respectively.

(4) The funds for this announced program are for designated use only. No appeals will be accepted for projects that have not received subsidies.
