為推動月經平權相關倡議工作，以利相關政策與措施制定，全球小紅帽協會發起「2026臺灣月經經驗大調查」。不分性別與年齡，只要您有月經的經驗，並具分享意願者，皆可填答，調查時間截至今年10月31日止。本問卷(https://www.surveycake.com/s/Oaedv)採去識別化方式呈現，資料僅供研究分析及保密使用。調查完成後，將抽出 10 位參與者贈送刊物，《臺灣ê月經誌—民間信仰篇》5 本、《阿媽ê月－宜蘭四代女性的月經故事》5 本，中獎者將隨機獲得其中一本。請在問卷最後留下個人資料與聯絡方式，僅供抽獎使用。

To promote menstrual equality initiatives and facilitate the formulation of relevant policies and measures, the Global Little Red Riding Hood Association has launched the "2026 Taiwan Menstrual Experience Survey." Regardless of gender or age, anyone with menstrual experience and a willingness to share can participate. The survey ends on October 31st of this year. This questionnaire (https://www.surveycake.com/s/Oaedv) is presented in an anonymous format, and the data will be used for research analysis and confidentiality only. Upon completion of the survey, 10 participants will be randomly selected to receive one of the following publications: 5 copies of *Taiwan Menstrual Chronicle—Folk Beliefs* and 5 copies of *Grandma's Menstrual Stories—The Menstrual Stories of Four Generations of Women in Yilan*. Please leave your personal information and contact details at the end of the questionnaire for the prize draw.
