二、本徵件須知旨為鼓勵大專校院培育具備關鍵資訊軟體核心能力，以及能有效運用生成式AI並能與領域專家溝通協作的創新典範資訊軟體人才，以厚植國家數位發展與數位轉型基礎，提升國家數位韌性。

三、申請方式：免備文，請於115年11月9日（星期一）前至本計畫線上申請系統（https://apply.itsa.org.tw）完成線上申請及用印後計畫書電子檔上傳作業，逾期未完成線上申請及計畫書電子檔上傳者，不予受理。（洽詢電話：（02）2771-2171轉3890智慧創新關鍵人才躍升計畫推動中心郭欣怡小姐）

四、徵件說明：臺北、臺中及臺南各辦理1場徵件說明會，有意申請計畫學校請自即日起至115年9月29日（星期二）下午5時止，以線上方式報名（https://forms.gle/KfSBtUiuMErhtbPL6）。
(一)臺北場：115年10月2日（星期五）上午10時30分假集思北科大會議中心3樓艾爾法廳（301會議室）辦理。
(二)臺中場：115年10月6日（星期二）上午10時30分假集思新烏日會議中心4樓史蒂文生廳（402會議室） 辦理。
(三)臺南場：115年10月7日（星期三）下午2時30分假集思大臺南會展中心1樓努山塔里亞A廳辦理。

I. This application will be processed in accordance with the "Key Points of the Ministry of Education's Pilot Program for Subsidizing Humanities and Technology Education."

II. The purpose of this call for applications is to encourage colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and exemplary IT professionals with core competencies in key IT software, who can effectively utilize generative AI and collaborate with domain experts. This aims to strengthen the foundation for national digital development and digital transformation, and enhance the nation's digital resilience.

III. Application Method: No written application is required. Please complete the online application and upload the printed electronic version of your project proposal through the online application system (https://apply.itsa.org.tw) before November 9th, 2026 (Monday). Late applications and submissions without the completed online application and electronic proposal will not be accepted. IV. Application Instructions: One application briefing session will be held in Taipei, Taichung, and Tainan. Interested schools should register online from now until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (https://forms.gle/KfSBtUiuMErhtbPL6).

(I) Taipei Session: October 2, 2026 (Friday) at 10:30 AM in the Alpha Hall (Meeting Room 301), 3rd Floor, GIS Taipei University of Technology Conference Center.

(II) Tainan Session: October 6, 2026 (Tuesday) at 10:30 AM in the Stevenson Hall (Meeting Room 402), 4th Floor, GIS Xinwuri Conference Center. (III) Tainan Session: October 7, 2026 (Wednesday) at 2:30 PM in Hall A, Nusanthalia, 1st Floor, GIS Grand Tainan Convention Center.
