近年全民運動政策積極推動多元化及終身運動型態，高爾夫運動兼具低衝擊性、專注力培養與跨年齡層參與特性，特別適合作為教職員工生健康促進與規律運動之推廣項目。本校辦理「115年高爾夫運動實施試辦計畫」，透過專業課程帶領學員從基礎開始認識高爾夫運動，學習基本動作、揮桿技巧及實務操作;並結合學生與社區民眾共同參與之校園高爾夫運動推廣活動。
【課程資訊】
📌 開課日期：115年9月30日起至115年12月4日止。
📌 上課地點：以校內場地、校外練習場為主。
📌 招募對象及人數：本校學生、教職員工及眷屬、社區民眾，共20名。
【課程時段】
・每週三 15:00－17:00
・每週五 15:00－17:00
・每週六 10:00－12:00
課程內容包含高爾夫基礎知識、基本動作、揮桿技巧及實務練習等。此外，課程期間將視學習情形及整體活動規劃，遴選部分學員前往高爾夫球場進行實地體驗與練習。

Dear Faculty and Staff,
In recent years, the national fitness policy has actively promoted diversified and lifelong exercise. Golf, with its low-impact nature, focus-building properties, and broad appeal across age groups, is particularly suitable as a program to promote health and regular exercise among faculty and staff. Our school is conducting a "2026 Golf Implementation Pilot Project," which will guide participants through professional courses to learn the basics of golf, including fundamental movements, swing techniques, and practical application. This will be combined with campus golf promotion activities involving students and the community.
【Course Information】
📌 Course Dates: September 30th to December 4th, 2026.
📌 Class Locations: Primarily on-campus courses and off-campus driving ranges.
📌 Target Participants and Number of Participants: 20 students, faculty, staff, their families, and community members.
【Course Schedule】
・Wednesdays 15:00–17:00
・Fridays 15:00–17:00
・Saturdays 10:00–12:00
The course content includes basic golf knowledge, fundamental movements, swing techniques, and practical exercises. In addition, depending on the learning progress and overall activity plan, some participants will be selected to visit a golf course for hands-on experience and practice.
