說明：
1. 請先上google表單完成報名手續，再至保健中心(F210)繳費，完成繳費才算報名成功。
2. 通過測驗可獲得「紅十字會基本救命術證書」。
3. 如證書名稱需要「CPR+AED」者，請多繳100元(共800元)，通過測驗，可得「紅十字會基本救命術」與「CPR+AED」，共2張證書。
4. 繳費時，請自備整數，恕不找零。
5. 上課時請穿著輕便服裝，女生勿著裙子及低胸衣物。
6. 附中餐，素食者請事先告知。
7. 有任何問題請洽分機2231找張護理師。

Notes:

1. Please complete the registration process using the Google Form first, then pay the fee at the Health Center (F210). Registration is only successful upon completion of payment.

2. Passing the test will earn you a "Red Cross Basic Lifesaving Skills Certificate".

3. If the certificate name requires "CPR+AED", please pay an additional NT$100 (total NT$800). Upon passing the test, you will receive two certificates: "Red Cross Basic Lifesaving Techniques" and "CPR+AED".

4. Please prepare whole numbers when paying; no change will be given.

5. Please wear comfortable clothing during class. Female students should not wear skirts or low-cut clothing.

6. Lunch is provided. Vegetarians should inform us in advance.
