Notification from the Ministry of Health and Welfare regarding the revocation of the accreditation of Chung Shan Medical University Hospital (Laboratory Name: Drug Testing Center) as a urine testing institution for drug abuse. The accreditation was officially revoked by the Ministry through its announcement dated September 22, 2026 (Ref. No. Wei-Shou-Shi-1150017901).
