一、依「教育部115年教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫」辦理。

二、旨揭辦法係透過區域基地資源，提供一對一教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢服務，藉以提升計畫申請及通過率。

三、實施方式：線上或實體一對一諮詢為主要方式。

四、申請資格說明：
(一)限全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師。
(二)申請人須提出116年度教育部教學實踐研究計畫申請。
(三)每位申請人至多申請諮詢服務以2次為原則，申請人應先完成並回傳第1次諮詢紀錄及回饋表後，始得申請第2次諮詢服務。
(四)優先錄取中區區域基地之跨校教師社群成員、中區區域大專校院教師(包含苗栗、台中、彰化、南投、雲林)及未曾獲核過教學實踐研究計畫之教師。

五、請申請人於115年11月30日(一)前填寫申請表(附件一)並簽名後，上傳至google表單：https://forms.gle/HK87oKsTPqGyb6zHA。

六、申請人請於諮詢完成一週內回傳諮詢紀錄及回饋表(附件二)至承辦人信箱(cyc11143@pu.edu.tw)。

七、諮詢期間：即日起至115年12月10日（四）止。

I. This process is conducted in accordance with the "Ministry of Education 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Program".

II. The purpose of this program is to provide one-on-one consultation services for writing teaching practice research projects through regional base resources, thereby increasing the application and approval rates.

III. Implementation Method: Online or in-person one-on-one consultation is the primary method.

IV. Eligibility Requirements:

(a) Limited to teachers from colleges and universities nationwide who meet the eligibility requirements for the Teaching Practice Research Project.

(b) Applicants must submit a 2027 Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project application.

(c) Each applicant may apply for consultation services a maximum of two times. Applicants must complete and return the first consultation record and feedback form before applying for a second consultation.

(d) Priority will be given to members of the cross-institutional teacher community from the Central Taiwan regional base, college and university teachers in the Central Taiwan region (including Miaoli, Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, and Yunlin), and teachers who have not previously received approval for a teaching practice research project.

V. Applicants should complete the application form (Attachment 1), sign it, and upload it to Google Forms by November 30th (Monday), 2026: https://forms.gle/HK87oKsTPqGyb6zHA.

VI. Applicants should return the consultation record and feedback form (Attachment 2) to the contact person's email address (cyc11143@pu.edu.tw) within one week of completing the consultation.

VII. Consultation period: From now until December 10th (Thursday), 2026.
