A recent traffic accident involving a university student and a reversing concrete mixer truck resulted in a tragic loss of life.
Please remember:
• Keep a safe distance from large vehicles.
• Avoid their blind spots, especially beside and behind the vehicle.
• Slow down and give way when large vehicles are reversing or turning.
• Stay focused and do not use your phone while riding.
Slow down, stay alert, and get to campus—and home—safely.
