一、資格、能力與注意事項:
1. 限本校日/夜間「大學部」在學生,系所不拘。
2. 中文聽說流利,並具備英語基本會話能力。
3. 能大聲且清晰的面對群眾宣布事情。
4. 本中心雜務繁多,不具備「工讀兼看書」的可能性。
5. 上班遲到會受到嚴厲斥責,不具備守時觀念者請勿申請。
6. 本中心不方便臨時請假,平日社團或其他事務繁忙者請勿申請。
二、工作內容:
1. 協助自學中心秩序維持、點名。
2. 資料蒐集與剪報。
3. 環境清潔維護。
4. 其他臨時交辦事項。
三、工作時間:自10/19起至12/31, 每週2天, 每天2小時。
四、工作薪資:時薪196元。(每月需另依規定扣除自付勞保費)
五、工作地點:S212外語自學中心。
六、應徵程序:
1. 面試日期:10/14週三。
2. 請登入附件連結,預約面試時段。
3. 攜帶(1)附件的工讀申請表(2)本學期課表,以上資料請自行列印出來,依照您預約時段到S212外語自學中心面試。
4. 面試時間大約5-10分鐘,面試內容包括:
(1)一分鐘英文自我介紹。(不會計較文法/發音,只是看有沒有開口講英文的膽子而已)
(2)以中文說明「自學中心預約系統」的操作方式。
(3)其他隨興閒談。
I. Qualifications, Abilities, and Important Notes:
1. Limited to current students of the university's day/night "Undergraduate" program, regardless of department.
2. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, and possessing basic conversational English skills.
3. Able to announce matters loudly and clearly to a group.
4. Due to the heavy workload at this center, it is not possible to combine work and study.
5. Lateness will be severely punished; those who lack punctuality should not apply.
6. Temporary leave is not convenient for this center; those who are busy with club activities or other commitments should not apply.
II. Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining order and taking attendance at the self-study center.
2. Data collection and clipping.
3. Environmental cleaning and maintenance.
4. Other ad-hoc tasks.
III. Working Hours: 4 hours per week.
IV. Salary: NT$196 per hour. (A monthly deduction for employee social security contributions will be made according to regulations.)
V. Work Location: S212 Self-Access Foreign Language Learning Center.
VI. Application Procedure:
1. Interview date: Wednesday, October 14th.
2. Please log in via the attached link to schedule your interview time.
3. According to your scheduled time, bring (1) application form and (2) your 115-1 semester course schedule to the S212 for your interview.
4. The interview will last approximately 5-10 minutes and will include:
(1) A one-minute self-introduction in English. (Grammar/pronunciation will not be emphasized; we are simply assessing your confidence in speaking English.)
(2) An explanation of how to use the "reservation system" in Chinese.
(3) Other casual conversation.
