衛生福利部訂於115年10月30日、31日辦理「2026臺、英、澳社會安全網政策規劃與成效評估經驗交流國際研討會」，敬請社會工作、社會福利、兒童（青少年）與家庭、公共行政、資訊工程、資訊管理等相關系、所、學位學程踴躍報名參加。

說明：
一、為持續精進「強化社會安全網計畫」第一、二期推動成效，並建立系統性中長期監測及成效評估機制，衛生福利部社會及家庭署委託專業團隊辦理成效評估，並參考英國、澳洲、日本等國經驗，研議強化社會安全網計畫2.0中長期監測指標。爰基於既有評估成果，結合資料標準化及民間專業組織數位轉型等創新實驗，邀請英國倫敦政治經濟學院（LSE）社會政策系專任教授暨社會排斥分析中心副主任凱蒂・史都華（Professor Kitty Stewart）、澳洲國立大學（ANU）政治與國際關係學院主任尼古拉斯・比德爾（Professor Nicholas Biddle）來臺交流，並邀集國內公共治理、社會工作及公共衛生等領域產、學、研專家，共同分享政策實務與評估經驗，促進國際及跨域交流，以精進我國社會安全網政策規劃及成效評估。

The Ministry of Health and Welfare will hold the "2026 International Symposium on Social Safety Net Policy Planning and Effectiveness Evaluation Experience Exchange between Taiwan, the UK, and Australia" on October 30th and 31st, 2026. All departments, institutes, and degree programs related to social work, social welfare, child (adolescent) and family, public administration, information engineering, and information management are encouraged to register and participate.

Note: 1. To continuously improve the effectiveness of the first and second phases of the "Strengthening the Social Safety Net Project" and establish a systematic medium- and long-term monitoring and effectiveness evaluation mechanism, the Social and Family Affairs Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare has commissioned a professional team to conduct an effectiveness evaluation and, drawing on the experiences of the UK, Australia, Japan, and other countries, has developed medium- and long-term monitoring indicators for the Strengthening the Social Safety Net Project 2.0. Based on existing assessment findings and incorporating innovative experiments such as data standardization and digital transformation of non-governmental professional organizations, this conference invites Professor Kitty Stewart, Professor of Social Policy and Deputy Director of the Centre for Social Exclusion Analysis at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and Professor Nicholas Biddle, Director of the School of Politics and International Relations at the Australian National University (ANU), to Taiwan for exchange. The conference also brings together experts from industry, academia, and research in public governance, social work, and public health to share policy practices and assessment experiences, promote international and cross-sectoral exchange, and improve Taiwan's social safety net policy planning and effectiveness evaluation.
