一、旨揭培訓營係以聯合國「永續發展目標（SDGs）」為主軸探討社會議題，並採授課分享及提案模擬演練方式，提升設計思考、發掘需求及聚焦問題能力，培力青年發展社會創新方案，進而組隊提案申請Young飛全球行動計畫。

二、重點說明如下：
(一)培訓場次
１、北區：116年1月4日（星期一）至5日（星期二）於臺北市臺北凱達大飯店辦理。
２、北東區：116年1月18日（星期一）至19日（星期二）於宜蘭縣凱渡廣場飯店辦理。
３、南區：116年1月25日（星期一）至26日（星期二）於高雄市高雄寒軒國際大飯店辦理。

(二)報名對象：18-35歲（80年1月1日至98年12月31日間出生者）具中華民國國籍之青年。

(三)報名期間：115年10月5日（星期一）中午12時至11月18日（星期三）中午12時止。

Students are encouraged to apply for the 2027 Young Fly Global Action Program Training Camp!

1. About the Training Camp

This training camp explores social issues through the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through lectures, experience sharing, and simulated proposal development exercises, participants will strengthen their design thinking skills, learn to identify needs, and develop the ability to define and focus on key issues.

The program aims to empower young people to develop social innovation solutions and form teams to submit proposals for the Young Fly Global Action Program.

2. Key Information

(1) Training Sessions

Northern Region: January 4–5, 2027 (Monday–Tuesday), at Taipei Caesar Metro Hotel, Taipei City.

Northern and Eastern Region: January 18–19, 2027 (Monday–Tuesday), at The Archipelago, Yilan County.

Southern Region: January 25–26, 2027 (Monday–Tuesday), at Han-Hsien International Hotel, Kaohsiung City.

(2) Eligibility

Taiwanese nationals aged 18–35, born between January 1, 1991, and December 31, 2009.

(3) Application Period

From 12:00 noon on October 5, 2026, to 12:00 noon on November 18, 2026.

Participants who successfully complete the training camp will be eligible to form teams and submit proposals for the 2027 Young Fly Global Action Program. Selected teams may receive grants of up to NT$800,000.
