主旨：國科會與歐盟同步徵求2026-2027年歐盟「生物多樣性(Biodiversa+ : European Biodiversity Partnership)」跨國多邊合作計畫，統一透過歐方線上平台提出申請期限至2026年11月10日。

說明：
一、旨揭計畫之申請期程及計畫徵求說明以歐盟徵求網站（https://www.biodiversa.org/）隨時更新之英文公告為準。
二、臺灣端計畫主持人須符合國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第三點計畫主持人及共同主持人之資格規定。
三、申請案經歐盟審查成案者，依據「成功參與歐盟跨國團隊科研暨創新計畫」方案（附件），得至國科會網站線上提出「專題類隨到隨審之雙邊協議專案型國際合作計畫（Joint Call）」申請案。
四、計畫主持人同年度執行國科會「雙邊協議國際合作計畫」件數至多以2件為限。本公告計畫經費係專款專用，經費補助上限以新臺幣300萬元/年為原則，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject Matter: The NSTC and the EU are simultaneously soliciting applications for the 2026-2027 EU "Biodiversa+: European Biodiversity Partnership" multinational multilateral cooperation projects. Applications will be submitted through the EU's online platform by November 10, 2026.

Notes:
1. The application schedule and project solicitation instructions for the projects outlined herein are subject to the updated English announcements on the EU's website (https://www.biodiversa.org/).

2. Taiwanese project leaders must meet the eligibility requirements for project leaders and co-leaders as specified in Point 3 of the NSTC's Guidelines for Subsidized Thematic Research Projects.

3. Applications approved by the EU will be eligible to submit applications for "Joint Call" (a type of bilateral agreement-based international cooperation project) on the NSTC website, based on the "Successful Participation in EU Multinational Team Research and Innovation Projects" program (Appendix).

4. Project leaders may execute a maximum of two NSTC "Bilateral Agreement-Based International Cooperation Projects" in the same year. The funds allocated for this project are for designated purposes only, with a maximum subsidy of NT$3 million per year. Applications will not be accepted for projects not receiving subsidies.
