一、教育部委託國立臺灣大學執行之「臺灣學生心理健康調查多年期計畫之第二期正式施測：中等教育階段全國調查與各級學校訪談研究」，將針對中等教育階段學生、家長及導師進行心理健康調查，旨在瞭解中等教育階段學生之心理健康現況及相關因素，研究結果將作為學生心理健康政策及相關服務規劃之參考；有關調查內容、抽樣方式及施測流程，請詳見招募文宣及調查手冊（附件1、2）。
二、本計畫預計於116年3月至6月期間施測，導師如有參與意願請填寫線上表單（網址：https://forms.gle/Jz5Gn4jAkUwmJdLq7）。
三、學校說明會預計於115年11月擇期召開，詳細時間及辦理方式將另行函知。

I. The Ministry of Education has commissioned National Taiwan University to conduct the "Second Phase of the Multi-Year Project on the Mental Health Survey of Taiwanese Students: A Nationwide Survey and Interviews with Schools at All Levels in Secondary Education." This project will survey secondary school students, parents, and teachers to understand the current state of mental health among secondary school students and related factors. The research results will serve as a reference for student mental health policies and related service planning. For details regarding the survey content, sampling methods, and testing procedures, please refer to the recruitment materials and survey manual (Attachments 1 and 2).

II. This project is scheduled to be conducted from March to June 2027. Teachers who wish to participate should fill out the online form (website: https://forms.gle/Jz5Gn4jAkUwmJdLq7).

III. A school information session is scheduled for November 2026. Detailed dates and procedures will be provided separately. IV. This project is handled by National Taiwan University.
