一、 日間部(四技、二技)新生請注意，即日起至11/13前，請班代或衛生股長至保健中心(F210)領取貴班新生檢查報告。
二、 尚未繳費者，請至保健中心(F210)繳交體檢費。
三、 尚未繳交體檢報告者，請盡速完成，並將報告繳交至保健中心(F210)。
四、 保健中心開放時間：每週一~週二8:30-22:00、每週三~週五8:30-17:30。


1.Attention all new students in the daytime program (4-year and 2-year technical programs): From now until November 13th, please have your class representative or health officer collect your class's medical examination reports from the Health Center (F210).

2.Those who have not yet paid their medical examination fees, please go to the Health Center (F210) to pay them.

3.Those who have not yet submitted their medical examination reports, please complete this process as soon as possible and submit the reports to the Health Center (F210).

4. Health Center opening hours: Monday-Tuesday 8:30-22:00, Wednesday-Friday 8:30-17:30.
