一、潘文淵基金會辦理2027年「考察研究獎助金」，為獎勵國內電子、資訊及通訊等相關領域之研究人員，在國際知名之學術或研究機構從事短期研究(以二個月為限)，每名獎助新台幣30萬元為上限，每年辦理一次，以四名為上限。
二、申請期間：即日起至2027年2月15日截止，獲得國內大學院校博士學位畢業五年內，或年齡40足歲以下(民國76年l月l日以後出生者)具國內大學院校博士學位，目前任職國內之研究人員或教師提出申請，已得獎者五年內不再受理申請。
三、得獎人之考察或研究計畫以自行安排為原則，須於得獎當年年底 ( 12月31日 ) 前完成，詳細申請辦法及推薦申請表格如附檔。

一、The Pan Wen Yuan Foundation is offering the 2027 Research Visit Fellowship to support researchers in Taiwan working in electronics, information technology, communications, and related fields to conduct short-term research at internationally renowned academic or research institutions. Research visits are limited to two months. Each recipient may receive a grant of up to NT$300,000. The program is offered annually, with a maximum of four recipients each year.

二、Application Period and Eligibility: Applications are open from now until February 15, 2027. Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Have obtained a doctoral degree from a university in Taiwan within the past five years; or
- Be under 40 years of age (born on or after January 1, 1987), hold a doctoral degree from a university in Taiwan, and currently work as a researcher or faculty member at an institution in Taiwan.
Previous recipients are not eligible to reapply within five years of receiving the award.

三、Recipients are generally expected to arrange their own research visits or research projects. All visits or research activities must be completed by December 31, 2027. For detailed application guidelines and recommendation/application forms, please refer to the attached documents.
