一、該院訂於本年12月8日至10日與EMBO合辦「Laboratory Leadership for Group Leaders」課程。本課程結合心理學、社會科學及企業管理之實用工具，協助學員培養領導力並建立優質研究團隊。

二、報名資格：任職於國內研究機構及大專院校、到職未滿7年（early-career）之研究人員或教師，由該院進行學員遴選。

三、課程資訊：
(一)日期及時間：本年12月8日至10日，每日上午9時至下午5時30分。
(二)地點：該院學術活動中心2樓演講廳。
(三)形式：實體授課，預計遴選學員共16名。
(四)費用：交通及住宿費由學員自理，註冊費由EMBO全額負擔。

I. The Institute will co-host the "Laboratory Leadership for Group Leaders" course with EMBO from December 8th to 10th this year. This course combines practical tools from psychology, social sciences, and business management to help participants develop leadership skills and build high-quality research teams.

II. Eligibility: Researchers or teachers employed in domestic research institutions and universities with less than 7 years of experience (early-career). Participants will be selected by the Institute.

III. Course Information:

(a) Dates and Times: December 8th to 10th this year, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily.

(b) Location: Lecture Hall, 2nd Floor, Academic Activity Center, Institute.

(c) Format: In-person lectures; approximately 16 participants will be selected.

(d) Costs: Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Registration fees will be fully covered by EMBO.
